The Eliot Room
The room can accommodate up to 30 people. Facilities include wifi, flip chart, DVD player with 32 inch screen, projector. Laptops with HDMI can connect to the 32 inch screen.
The Dining Room
The dining room can seat up to 28 people. See here for further details on dining options.
Informal space
The Library (above) offers a place to browse and read, and is a useful informal meeting area. The Herbert Room is another useful meeting space for small groups.
Room Hire

It is possible to hire a room (and other facilities) for half days, evenings or other sessions.

The rate for the Eliot Room is £60 per session (morning or afternoon or evening) which includes room hire with use of the additional facilities. A projector is available at £10 per session. ​Refreshment costs can be found here.

Other facilities for meetings for small groups can be negotiated with the Hospitality Manager.

Group Quiet Days, catered

Quiet days run from about 10 am to 4.30 pm (some variation is possible by negotiation).
Weekday (Wednesday to Friday) costs:
£25 per person for full day including coffee/biscuits on arrival; light lunch (soup. bread and fruit); tea/biscuits/etc. in the afternoon.
£35.00 per person for full day including coffee/biscuits on arrival; two-course cooked lunch; tea/biscuits/etc. in the afternoon.

Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) costs:
£30.00 per person for full day including coffee/biscuits on arrival; light lunch (soup, bread and Pudding); tea/biscuits/etc. in the afternoon.​
£35.00 per person for full day including coffee/biscuits on arrival; two-course cooked lunch; tea/biscuits/etc. in the afternoon.

Note: Under these prices groups of 8 or more can use the Eliot Room for meeting. If the group has fewer than 8 participants then a room charge will be applicable. Contact us for details.

Group Quiet Days, self-catered
​
£25 per person including coffee/tea. No use of House crockery and cutlery.

Individual Quiet Days
The details and prices are the same. A Quiet Room on the first floor is normally allocated. There is access to tea and coffee making facilities during the day.

We accept card payments, cheques (payable to The Little Gidding Trust), cash or electronic bank transfers (contact us for details). These arrangements are subject to review and the information above may change; check this site and/or speak to the Hospitality Manager when arranging the booking.
