Directions
Ferrar House is located in the hamlet
of Little Gidding in Cambridgeshire, UK only minutes from the
A1.
From the North (A1 southbound)
Leave the A1 at junction 16 (Norman Cross) marked A15 Yaxley (Ramsey
B660). At the roundabout take the third exit signposted Ramsey
B660 and then the first left. Follow the road for approx 2 miles.
Turn left after the flyover marked Ramsey and the Giddings B660.
At the T-junction turn left marked The Giddings B660. Stay on
the B660, through Glatton to Great Gidding (approx 3 miles).
Once in Great Gidding, turn left before the Fox and Hounds down
Mill Lane. Continue about half a mile until the road down to
Little Gidding on the right. Ferrar house is at the bottom of
the lane. From the South and East (A1 northbound)
Leave the A1 at junction 15, signposted B1043 (B660) to Sawtry
and Ramsey. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, signposted
Conington and Glatton. Continue through Sawtry following
signs for Glatton.
In Glatton turn left at the T-junction, signposted Great Gidding
on the B660. Once in Great Gidding, turn left before the Fox
and Hounds down Mill Lane. Continue about half a mile until
the road
down to Little Gidding on the right. Ferrar house is at the
bottom of the lane.
From the West (A14 eastbound)
Leave the A14 at the junction marked for Kimbolton and Ramsey
(B660). At the T-junction turn right. At the next T-junction
turn right.
Drive through Old Weston. Stay on the main road at the sharp
left-hand bend and take the next junction right to Winwick
(B660). Drive
through Winwick on to Great Gidding. Once in Great Gidding,
continue up Main St and turn right after the Fox and Hounds
down Mill Lane.
Continue about half a mile to the road down to Little Gidding
on the right. Ferrar house is at the bottom of the lane.
