| From January 2008 the poetry evenings will usually be followed by a day of prayer on the 14th of the month. These will last from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The themes will be: |

| On the second Sunday of each month |
| Informal service starting at 3 p.m. in the Eliot Room. The pattern of the service will usually be as follows: a time of singing, a time to give thanks, a time of prayer and lighting of candles, followed by refreshments. After that there will be a time of study leading to discussion. |
| Days of Prayer will begin in January on the 14th of each month. |
| On each day there will be three points of prayer together at 10 a.m., 12 noon and 3 p.m. and they will usually be led by local people with special knowledge of the subject. There will be a sharing lunch at 1 p.m. You are welcome to join in any part of the day which you can manage. Donations invited. |
